(The 51st week) Staying in Dural again! 6 Transfers In Dural!

"Hello from the BEST area in Sydney"
I hope everyone is doing well. Indeed, this week was pretty difficult because there was a transfer called! Guess what...I'm not going to move, it means I'm staying in this awesome area but my lovely companion is moving 😖 Anyway, It's been 7 and a half months here and I'm going to be here for another 1 and a half month! Seems so very long. I'm getting my 4th companion in this area named Elder Mayes. He's from America though.
The weirdest thing for me this transfer is I'm a District Leader now. I felt like I just leveled up hahaha! more thing, It's going to be my year mark in 10 days YAY! One more year to go! #timefly

It seems like I'm going to get a new car because I heard that my companion drives. Hopefully, we will get one. Let's see!

This week was nice. We did some great work and always!
It looks nice, isn't it? I know..I know I did a really good job with trimming bushes😋 OK! let me know if you want me to make your garden! Not expensive..we can talk about the price. #justkidding I wish I could get some money anyway haha

And again! we had a lot of non-members who did attend the sacrament meeting on Sunday. We got 13!!! From the sister missionaries 7 and from us 6. Indeed, I needed to give a thank to our members who worked very hard to bring so many souls to come unto Christ! #HurrahForIsrael

Well.., and this P-day we aren't doing very much. Kinda nothing. I LOVE it. I'm going to take so many naps.
Have a great week guys!! Love you all. Be safe please. Peace out.

(The 50th week) A promise!

Whoa~ it's the last week of the transfer now!

G'day family and friends! IIIIIIIIt's Elder Phimphan once again. I hope you are having a beautiful day and had a wonderful weekend. For sure, I did.
(Us and Sister Checketts)
it's not really about what I am going to write on this email. the photo is just beautiful!

Monday, We had a dinner with our member who was very veryx100 rich. If you remember.. long time ago, I sent you guys pictures with the nice cars! that's his! He was a mission President in New York something mission. He is very nice though. We shared about the missionary work and one of the scriptures that I love in Doctrine and Covenant 118:3

''Let the residue continue to preach from that hour, and if they will do this in all lowliness of heart, in meekness and humility, and long-suffering, I, the Lord, give unto them a promise that I will provide for their families; and an effectual door shall be opened for them, from henceforth''

This scriptures always touched my heart because the Lord promised us that if we serve Him, He will provide everything for us and our family, and there were many miracle things happened to my life according to this scripture! true!

Wednesday, there was a service from our beloved members who always be nice to us. They really are. We went there as a district to do gardening and painting their house. They're planing to move to another area and they have a very big property so they need somebody to help them making a house done before moving. The members told us that they're going to sell the house for over 3 million dollars! I wish I could get 1,000$ from them, that's why we went to help them (Just kidding😜) Anyway, not much spiritual things but it was very solid for me because I love them! (I really feel like my email is nothing but my business😂)
OK! Friday, we had a special training conference in Hebersham(my first chapel in Sydney), Elder Snow the historian of the church came to visit us. It was excellent and full of spiritual knowledge. One thing that I liked from the conference was 'Asking inspired questions' by my dear President Checketts. This training helped me a lot to think about the better questions that I could ask the people on the street. It was very useful!
Remember always, When we serve the Lord, the Lord will provide things for our family! Don't worry, just press forward!! Thanks for prayers and wishes!

(The 49th week) 11 Months and Easter!!

Yesterday was a holiday so the library was closed 😖 so I got a permission to be here today and Oh yes I just officially hit 11 months on the mission YAY!!!!
Anyway, Hi family and friends! Happy Eater!
This was my all time favorite week in my mission so far! It has been SO GOOD! We got to do many special things this week because it was a special week as we all know.

We were practicing a song called "He Sent His Son" which is in the children's songbook for the sacrament meeting this week. I really had no idea why we chose this song. However, the song was awesome and it made me realize about the death of our beloved brother Jesus Christ and when He arose after His death and also how we can become like him.

"How could the Father tell the world of love and tenderness?
He sent his Son, a newborn babe, with peace and holiness.
How could the Father show the world the pathway we should go?
He sent his Son to walk with men on earth, that we may know.
How could the Father tell the world of sacrifice, of death?
He sent his Son to die for us and rise with living breath.
What does the Father ask of us? What do the scriptures say?
Have faith, have hope, live like his Son, help others on their way.
What does he ask? Live like his Son"

It was an invitation Sunday and we got an crazy awesome miracle on Sunday. After we worked with our lovely members from the past few days, we were blessed by having 18 investigators at sacrament meeting! it was a half of total investigators(4x) who attended church in the zone! Ahhhh.. more works to do! #SundayEaster #InvitationSunday

I know that Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ live and They love us so much. I invite you to exercise your faith by praying and participating sacrament meeting every Sunday. I testify that if you do so, you will get closer to our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. #MoreLove #MoreJoy

Anyway, I went to do a service for our friends. While I was weeding, I was bit from a super big ant from this awesome country Australia!
Far out! Look at him!!! I think it is the biggest and the most dangerous ant in this little beautiful world! I am so grateful to be here in Australia 😂 After the service, our lovely friends took us to a Hungry Jack's!
(He is my boss!)
Being a missionary is very hard but awesome. The Lord is always on our side! Remember it!!!!

(The 48th week) The general conference was great!

Dear family and friends,

How is everyone doing this wonderful week? Hope it's good for you all. It's starting to get a little windy and cold here in Sydney. I'm pretty excited for this winter because I don't want to take a shower 2 times a day. 😂 just kidding mates! I gotcha again hahaha Anyway, today is pretty cold and cloudy. It looks like it's going to rain tonight. Mm..I really enjoy how my Father in Heaven teases me #adorable haha

This week has been awesome and the general conference was very very good! I love having the opportunity to listen from our inspired leaders twice a year.

And of course I am going to talk about the general conference!
First, I am so excited for the temples that our prophet just announced to build. It made me think about when the Thailand Bangkok temple was announced to build. I was extremely happy.
Alright.. There are many talks that I like but I want to mention about the talk of Elder Joaquin E. Costa which talked about his conversion story and convincing people to learn about the church of God. His talk reminded me about my story when I first got baptized. I particularly liked when he talked about the lessons he learned on his path to baptism. He said..
  1. Meeting the Missionaries
  2. Going to church
  3. Reading the Book of Mormon
  4. Repent +(reading Alma 42)
After he said all of these steps, I felt like the spirit was touching my heart so hard because lots of my investigators don't read the Book of Mormon and they don't really have the testimony about the true church of God. Before the conference, my companion and I were talking about helping our investigators to read the Book of Mormon so they could know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church of God. Elder Costa's talk confirmed that we need to do likewise so our investigators could get closer to the Lord, Jesus Christ and be baptized eventually.
I testify and confirm to you that The Book of Mormon will draw you closer to the Lord, Jesus Christ and help you to come to know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and Joseph Smith was a prophet who restored the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I also had an opportunity to do trade off with my beloved zone leader this week. I went with Elder Finlinson and my companion went with Elder Valenteros. It was awesome to be with them. Even it was just a day, I learned lots of things from them. I am grateful for Heavenly Father that always shines the light into my life and keep me going.
(Elder Tapuhiro, Elder Finlinson, Elder Valenteros, Elder Phimphan)
I hope you will have a good week and I am pretty sure that you will.
